Understanding What Is Really Keeping You Stuck
Many people come here already knowing that something needs to change.
They may have spent months - or even years - trying to understand why they feel the way they do. They may have read the books, listened to the podcasts, or tried different ways to feel better. Yet despite that effort, they often find themselves returning to the same thoughts, patterns, behaviours or situations.
At Hope & Wellbeing Hub, we believe lasting change begins with understanding what may be beneath those patterns.
Not just what is happening, but why certain thoughts, emotions or responses keep showing up.
Our work is about helping you understand yourself more deeply, reconnect with what matters most, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable and true to you.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, struggling with confidence, or navigating a life transition, this is a space to explore what may be getting in the way - and what is possible moving forward.

Meet the Founder
Esthephany
Hi, I'm Esthephany, founder of Hope & Wellbeing Hub.
My passion for emotional wellbeing comes from a genuine curiosity about people, personal growth, and what helps us create meaningful change in our lives.
Before creating Hope & Wellbeing Hub, I worked in healthcare as a Senior Therapy Radiographer, supporting individuals and families through some of life's most challenging experiences within the NHS and private cancer wellbeing settings. That work gave me a deep appreciation for the emotional impact that stress, uncertainty, change and difficult life experiences can have on our wellbeing.
It also strengthened my belief that people often need more than advice or surface-level coping strategies. They need space to understand themselves more deeply, make sense of what they are experiencing, and feel supported as they move forward.
Alongside my healthcare background, I have continued to deepen my knowledge and skills through specialist training in psychology-informed coaching, NLP, Time Line Therapy®, hypnosis and personal development approaches. I am also in the final stages of completing an MSc in Psychology at the University of Hertfordshire, further deepening my understanding of human behaviour, emotional wellbeing and psychological change.
I also offer sessions in both English and Spanish, so clients can communicate in the language that feels most comfortable and natural to them.

My Approach
My approach combines professional knowledge with compassion, curiosity and a genuine belief in people's capacity for change.
There is no single approach that works for everyone, because each person brings their own experiences, challenges, strengths and goals.
That is why I draw on different approaches depending on the individual and the support they need.
Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, emotional responses and experiences that may be influencing your current situation. The aim is not simply to cope better, but to understand what may be getting in the way and create meaningful, sustainable change.
My role is not to tell you what to do. It is to offer a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can deepen self-awareness, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
