Policy dated: 8th September 2025

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services offered by Hope and Wellbeing Hub Ltd (trading as Hope & Wellbeing Hub). By accessing our website, making a booking, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, you should not use our website or services.

2. Services Covered

These Terms apply to all services provided by Hope and Wellbeing Hub Ltd, including but not limited to:

  • One-to-one sessions (Time Line Therapy®, NLP, hypnosis, and coaching).

  • Online programmes and courses.

  • Workshops and group events.

  • UK and international retreats.

  • Digital and physical products (e.g., wellbeing boxes, meditations).

  • Memberships and community spaces (when introduced).

3. Bookings & Payments

  • Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • For retreats, the balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the start date. If the balance is not received, your place may be forfeited without refund of the deposit.

  • Payment plans must be completed in full as agreed at the time of purchase. For online programmes (including the 6-Week Programme), instalment plans are a payment arrangement only and do not operate as pay-as-you-go. Clients are responsible for completing all instalments in full, regardless of attendance or programme completion. Missed or failed instalments may result in paused programme access until the balance is resolved.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds vary by service type:

a) Workshops & UK Events

  • More than 60 days before: refund minus 10% administration fee.

  • 60–30 days before: full credit note towards a future booking.

  • Less than 30 days before: no refund or credit.

  • You may transfer your place to another person with 10% admin fee.

b) Retreats (International or UK Residential)

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

  • 60+ days before: balance refunded minus deposit and 10% admin fee.

  • 60–30 days before: credit note for balance (deposit non-refundable).

  • Less than 30 days before: no refund or credit.

  • Flights are never included in any retreat package. Participants are responsible for booking their own travel.

  • Accommodation options are included as part of the retreat package, with choices provided at the time of booking.

  • Participants are responsible for arranging travel insurance. We are not responsible for missed flights, delays, or cancellations.

c) Online Programmes & Digital Products (including the 6-Week Programme, mini-courses, meditations, and similar content)

  • Under UK consumer law, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase unless you choose to access digital content immediately. By enrolling in any online programme, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You will receive immediate access to digital materials, including welcome information, preparatory resources, meditations, videos, worksheets, or other programme content.

  • You expressly consent to this immediate access and therefore waive your 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

  • Once access is granted, no refunds are offered, regardless of attendance, participation, or completion.

Payment Plans (including £475 × 3 instalments)

  • If you enrol using a payment plan, you agree to pay the full programme fee in the instalments stated at checkout.

  • Payment plans are a payment arrangement only and do not operate as pay-as-you-go. Payments continue until the full amount has been paid.

  •  Missed or failed payments may result in paused programme access until resolved.

Suitability Screening

  • If, following the preparation call, we determine that the programme is not suitable for you, we reserve the right to withdraw your place. A refund will be issued for any fees paid, minus costs already incurred (e.g., Namaste Box, delivery charges, or digital resources already accessed).

Digital Products

  • All digital downloads (e.g., PDFs, meditations, audio files) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Physical Items

  • Physical items included as part of a programme package (e.g., the Namaste Box) are non-returnable once dispatched.

Live Components

  • Live workshops, calls or sessions within an online programme cannot be refunded or transferred if missed.

d) One-to-One Sessions

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the session being charged in full.

  • If you arrive late, the session will still finish at the scheduled time, and no refund will be given for lost time.

  • Purchased session packages must be used within 6 months of the purchase date and are non-transferable.

e) Physical Products (e.g., wellbeing boxes)

  • If faulty or damaged, items may be returned for a replacement or refund in line with UK Consumer Rights law.

  • Returns for unwanted items are only accepted within 14 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the product is faulty.

5. Participant Responsibilities

By booking or attending a service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information at the time of booking.

  • Disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect your participation.

  • Obtain appropriate travel insurance for retreats.

  • Behave respectfully towards facilitators and other participants.

  • Follow all guidance given by facilitators to ensure a safe experience.

  • For in-person sessions, you are responsible for arranging your own travel to the venue. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by transport providers or the venue itself.

  • For workshops and retreats, you must follow all health and safety instructions provided by the facilitators and venue staff.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately, without refund.
