Most people find 2–3 hours is enough — this includes your 1:1 session, one restorative practice with meditation, and a little space for reflection. Think of it as dedicated time just for you.
Yes. All private sessions are held on Zoom, and your resources are waiting in your private Welcome Hub. Your Namaste Box will arrive at your door to ground you from day one. You’ll also keep access to your recordings and tools so you can return to them whenever you need.
Yes. Flexible payment options are available via Stripe or Klarna, so you can choose what feels most comfortable for you.
Life happens. If something comes up, you can easily move a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. This keeps your journey flowing while ensuring every client receives my full attention.
