Step into confidence and self-belief in this empowering, movement-based workshop designed to help you overcome self-doubt, build resilience, and trust your inner strength. Through a combination of mind-body practices, including guided yoga balance poses, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and Time Line Therapy, you’ll learn to break through mental barriers and embody a stronger, more confident version of yourself. The session concludes with a personalised affirmation card exercise, allowing you to create a powerful reminder of your newfound confidence to carry forward in daily life.
